Once everything is ready, your cruise gear moves on to fulfilment so it can be packed and sent to you.
Fulfillment takes 3 days to print.
Then... Allow 5 to 8 days for urban areas and around 10 to 12 days for regional or remote addresses.
We do not have express shipping. However for capital cities in Australia you can expect your order to arrive in 8 to 12 days from the day you ordered.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
Do I need to setup an account to place an order?
You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your product’s warranty information.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are.
During off peak periods fulfillment takes 3 working days.
Shipping: Allow 5 to 8 days for urban areas and around 10 to 12 days for regional or remote addresses.
Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 14-21 days.
Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Once you order you will be sent tracking for your order.
What is your return policy?
All products purchased from our website may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund less shipping costs, no questions asked.
International return orders may be subject to return shipping fees. To initiate such a return please contact us.
